[200q20v] Rear speaker amp location

Could someone tell me where I might find the amp (or booster as Bentley puts
it) for the rear speakers in my 91 200 20v Avant. I'm looking to replace the
speakers and I guess I need to bypass this device. I don't know much about
car stereos, so any tips would be appreciated.
