[200q20v] RE: Rear speaker amp location

It is under the rear seat, just off center towards the drivers side. It is 
a small ( maybe 2" x 3") black box, with the wiring coming to the side of 
the amp closest to the passenger side. I don't know much about bypassing it 
other than the previous owner of my car bypassed it when he put in a 
replacement head unit. I don't imagine that it should be to difficult to 
do.

Could someone tell me where I might find the amp (or booster as Bentley 
puts it) for the rear speakers in my 91 200 20v Avant. I'm looking to 
replace the speakers and I guess I need to bypass this device. I don't know 
much about car stereos, so any tips would be appreciated.
