I respect your opinion. Too bad most don't aim them correctly, use
poor-quality units that spray light all over the place and don't know how or
where to use them. You are an exception and among the few, as likely are
many or most on this list - but you are a tiny minority. This may also be a
case where technology (WRT HID) may be ahead of the legal process.
