[200q20v] From 1.8 to 1.9 bar with cleaned K&N and new BPV

After owning this car for 3 months, I finally got around to checking the air 
filter.  EEEEgads! I've never seen such a dirty filter and air box.  One 
thing's for sure, it was filtering well. The TB side was clean as a whistle.

After cleaning the box and filter and replacing the original BPV, I noticed 
that the dash gauge read up to 1.9 bar, whereas before it maxed-out at 1.8.

Which would be more likely to have brought about this change, the new BPV or 
cleaned-up filter?

BTW, the original BPV Bosch# was 0 280 142 106
I picked up the replacement for $45 at the dealer.  P/N 0 280 142 108
