[200q20v] changing Euro light bulbs

Thanks to all who responded. It turns out the retaining ring needs to be
rurned _slightly_ CCW, maybe 1/16 of an inch, while pushing in a little at
the same time. Comes right out. Took a little time to figure out only slight
turn needed. New H4's with 80/80 current (110/135 output) are in. Much
brighter, a little whiter. Relays and harness that I put in for old 80/100
DOT lights should handle unless I run the high beams continuously.
