I've had great luck with imation brand CDr media.

While I've never tried it in a 200Q20v cd changer, I
have used them in my ancient laptop which refuses to
recognize any other brand of cdr.

In my experience, Sony cd players and dvd players
don't like cdr or cdrw media... something about their
using cheaper parts, I think.

Don't forget to close your session and probably the
disc to make it more backward compatible.

I have an mp3 playing head unit and don't bother with
a changer becuase I have between 100 and 200 songs per
disc.
