A/C-Heater blower motor fix

I can say that I HAVE removed the blower motor from the heater box, with
the box still mostly attached to the car. It involves keeping the heater
box pried up as much as possible (in the front) and flexing the squirrel
cage a little. A couple years later, I did remove the whole damn thing
for the heater core placement.
I will say, that after so much time, it doesn't hurt to clean out that
heater box and replace the foam seals! Some weather stripping from Home
Depot was great for the duct seals. I used the 3M butal (sp?) tape that
they use to stick car windshields in place when I sealed the air box
back to the fire wall.
