Or, how about an email client that doesn't suck?
www.eudora.com can be configured to not use styles/MIME, as well as
not load HTML images(which are most commonly used by spammers to see
if you've read a piece of spam. They're usually 1 pixel in size and
same color as the background so you never even know it happened.)
Eudora also doesn't automatically open attachments(unlike Outlook.)
Hell, you can get linux at Walmart now(sorta. Its called 'Lindows',
but its basically Linux gussied up to look like Windows.)
I'm not sure if it's a good thing- I personally view Walmart, Home
Depot, Lowes, etc as a corporate disease and worse than Microsoft in
a lot of ways(ask someone at Walmart what they're paid some time; ask
them about attempts to unionize while you're at it. Ask the store
manager how many local family businesses they wiped out when they
moved in; while you're at it, ask them what they do to presents
dropped in the donate-a-toy box that aren't in a walmart bag.* Ask
the management if they follow state laws such as the MA state law
that requires prices be ON items.)
Vote with your wallet, folks. Which is more important to you, a
buck or two off a case or Mobil 1, or your soul and conscience?
Oops. Sorry, I got off-topic on my rant there. I promise I'll stick
to a single issue in my future rants. :-)

*they get re-shelved. Ain't that jolly? It is "to prevent theft."
Funny that every square inch of a Walmart store is under video
surveillance EXCEPT the donate-a-toy box. And funny that a
corporation that's strongly in the black needs to worry about losses
from people stealing toys to put in the donation box...
