1) let the clutch slip just a tiny bit at first to
take all the slack out of the driveline

2) your clutch assy will prolly fail due to a worn
release bearing anyhows, not a worn clutch-plate, if
you are reasonably proficient with the use of the
clutch

3) practice alot!
