An electrical question for the collective Audi knowledge pool.
My son's 4Kq, vintage 1985 has done it a second time.
His budget upgraded (bright bulb wiring harness kit with 80/100w, from 2Bennett) stock headlights has burned the ground plug  connection in the wire harness plug again.
The plastic has melted, and turned black around the ground wire terminal portion of the plug.
Any suggestions where/what the problem could be? Any BTDT's?
New bulbs, clean connections, is one the passenger side both times.
