I second that. My old 5KTQ ran 205s on Fuchs 15x7 and 185s on 15x6
steel. On my '91200q20v, I run 195s on 15x7 steels. I find that the car
stops and goes much better through the mucky stuff with the narrower setup.

PS. I know you can go a little narrower than stock on the same rim
width. It actually gives more support to the sidewall. Just make sure
the pressure doesn't drop to much or the bead could come loose!
