Bilstein ?

I have Bilstein HD's on my V8. Their gas-pressurized
nature caused the car to be raised by about 1/2 inch.
They do not have what I would refer to as "superior
ride comfort" on the street. My friend's lowered urS4
is more comfortable around town.
