Turbo bypass valve copper vacuum hose

Anyone have any advice on where to find that tubing and also
where to get a bender for it?

I tried my local Home Depot and even a plumbing supply place and
they didn't have any, nor did the local hardware store.

Yes? So what problem do you have with that advice? You could leave 6
inches for an easier connection.
