You had me wondering "How the hell?" --for a while-- until I noticed
you have an Avant! :-)
The ski sack in the sedan poops out at about 7 or 8 ft, I guess, but
its zipper can be opened juuuust enough to allow me to pass through a
9-ft long roll of seamless backdrop paper (for studio photography).
However without some "modification" that little zipper won't even
come close to accommodating something as wide as a 2x10.
