Sadly, none, but then again, we were done before dark... sobriety does have its merits;
right?  What am I saying?

My problem sounds nearly identical.... boost seems (although it may not really be the
case) a little slow to come on (but like I said, that could be my imagination) and it
nearly always reaches at least 1.7 (on the car-o-meter which I know may be inaccurate
at best) but then usually drops to 1.1 or 1.3 and then usually builds back up before
backing off again.  It's a bit hard to test since boost usually holds until about 3800-
4000 RPMS and then we're getting into the "you're spending the night in jail or until
the judge gets back speed zone."  I think this sounds much like your problem.  Car was
occasionally stalling and I replaced the by-pass valve (solved).  I also replaced every
damn vacuum line I could find (prolly six feet of it).  I did trade ECUs at one point a
while ago and that showed no difference but haven't done it lately.  Plugs are correct
and are the correct Bosch units and fairly fresh (less than 10K on 'em).  Wires are also
fresh as is the distributor cap and CORRECT rotor.  I'll probably replace the O2 with a
generic one during the next day or two.  Other than that, mostly done just visual inspections
of everything I can think of.  Oh, dropped the codes and only got the air temp sensor
error.  Cleaned it up per Peter Schulz's suggestion with alcohol and gentle swab and am
now "code free."
