Rear Window Dead

Anybody have any suggestions on why a rear window would stop working?
Window made a bunch of noise a couple of days ago, and now won't go up or
down.

You're probably thinking "regulator" right now, but before we jump to that
conclusion a couple of more details.  The rear window switches are no longer
lit, and neither passenger or driver side rear window works from either the
control at the affected door or the control on the drivers door.  Both front
windows work fine.

I thought maybe there was a fusable link, circuit breaker, or fuse specific
for the rear windows, but I have been unable to find anything to confirm
that something like this exists.

Again, this all started happening after the drivers side rear window made a
bunch of noise and stopped working.  So regulator may be screwed up again,
but there appears to be something else going on here at the same time.

Any suggestions?
