Derek,

I'd check the wiring in your driver's front door first for breaks in wiring
at door jam (good possibility) and if that checks out, pull each switch to
check each rear switch for continuity.

Wait a minute...this may seam really silly, but did you by chance hit the
rear window lockout?  That would prevent both rear switches from
functioning.
