Just returned from a 2,254 mile trip to California and Nevada from Colorado.
Kept good track of the gas used and averaged 24.28 mpg overall.  Worst
leg was 21.2 (mostly around town in Lake Tahoe) and the best was 28.8
(mostly downhill from the Continental Divide).  Had the pleasure of meeting
Bernie
Benz (hi Bernie) and his wife Maggie in their beautiful and immaculate home.
Hope to meet others of the clan someday.
