Oily Plugs (was ETKA)

I'm not sure why the plugs might be loosening up, but I can tell you that
the oil is from a bad valve cover gasket.  The rubber gasket gets very hard
and brittle after 10+ years.  It cracks and leaks oil into your spark plug
area.
