ThePartsBin.com has the following notice on its catalog page for
"our" Bosch alternator:

>BEFORE installing this alternator, refer to Application Notice #B-85
>in the Bosch reman catalog regarding charging problems during wet
>weather.

I haven't located this Application Notice, so I have no idea if it
refers to any "noise" problems as well as charging problems. Anyone
have the #B-85 info available?
