Boost Goes Away

Some additional info on my disappearing boost:
When it goes away, usually after a hard pull, I can "reboot" the ECU (restart the car while still rolling at speed) and the boost is back. WGFV?

My IA III+ with RS2 turbo and RS2 exhaust manifold allow me to see 1.8
easily. If step on it and give it a little bit to build up pressure I often
see 2.0. I even saw 2.1 once. BTW, that is with the 2.5 bar transducer
