Oil mist around filler cap

Just noticed after a few 100mi of driving, that there is an oil mist
around the oil filler cap on the valve cover.  Not spilled oil but a
mist that seems to be coming out of the cap and covering a few inches
around the cap.  I checked the cap and it was seated properly and does
not seem loose.

Just curious if this is indicative of any other issues, or if I should
just get a new cap?
