I used the long extensions with a swivel at the bolt end (actually used a
socket that incorporates a swivel) and the space between the passenger
fender and the engine to swing the wrench.   I had a neighbor guide the
socket onto the bolt because I couldn't manipulate it with the swivel from
the other side of the car by myself.  Rest was easy.  Did you see the
suggestion about wrapping the bolt with a strong thread you then pull to
turn it back in when reassembling?  I read about that after taking half the
skin off my arms in the effort to start the bolt back into the rack with
the new hose.
