No Start, Red Turbo.. Found Problem

 The pin O/D is 4mm. It's height from the flywheel is 11mm. We had a used car
sale, (90 200TQ) with the same deal. Went down to the local autoparts store,
picked up a roll pin drove it in, set the height, and the car is running fine
10 years later. A 10 cent repair.
 Beat that Bernie.
