Blinking out the CODES...

Hello
I have been trying to find a test light with LED and a resistor to blink out
the trouble codes on my 200TQ, since I do not have a check engine light. Has
anybody made one that conforms to what SMJ shows on his repair page? I
looked at Checker and AutoZone, nothing comes close and I relly need to sort
out what is trobling my car, before throwing more parts at it.
