[V8] About Knock Sensors

Dave and Mihnea,

Thanks for the suggestions.  This is with respect to the V8, not the
200q20v.  I was just doing some testing on the v8 motor for what feels like
lack of timing advance.  I know if I disconnect the knock sensors the Engine
goes into full retard mode and a noticeable decrease in power.  I would
definitely change both knock sensors anyway, but as a certain someone might
say, DFI if IAB ;-) especially if I'd have to remove the IM to do the right
sensor.
