[V8] About Knock Sensors

Ingo, AFAIK there's no way to fool the ECU into "thinking" there's no knock
sensors connected, the timing control part of the ECU *could be* fooled but
the boost control one can't... Let me know if you need help for this, but
what do you need to fool the ECU for?
