Noisy after Steering pump replacement in '90 90 20V

That kind of noise usually means there's a restriction somewhere in the
system, I believe, Ben. Can you see fluid circulating normally in the
reservoir during operation? Maybe a screen in one of the banjo bolts is
plugged???
