distributor rotor question

Thanks for the info.  I'll get the right one if I can.  SO, is the cap a
"normal" cap then?
 I am about to do a bunch of stuff including valve cover gaskets, timing
belt etc. metal gear for distributor, rotor, cap wires...  I guess I'll do
the o-rings and coolant hose that is recommended while intake is off.
Anything else that is a 'Should do' while I'm in "there"
