idle problem

I was wondering if anyone knew of a cause of irradic
idle besides the ISV I did the output test and cleaned
it thoroughly and I seem to still have a slightly
erradic idle.  I also seem to be cutting fuel at
around 1.6bar, the car will pull then all of a sudden
quit on me and will buck at more than 1/4 throttle
until I restart the car.  Every boost/vaccuum line has
been replaced I have a new fuel pump and fuel pressure
regulator, a new blow off valve, new fuel filter, new
plugs, new rotor, and an empty wallet.
