Fuel Pump time

Time to replace the fuel pump - sounds like a swarm of bees.. Does the pump
come with all that is needed to install it? I am pretty sure that this is an
old style pump. What does it take partswise to get the new style installed?
It looks like just the pump and a hose. I'm seeing the pump for ~$150 and
the hose is ~$50 from my parts guy - I might get a little off those prices.

Also, what about the check valve? Does it come with the pump or is it
external to the tank? I'm seeing some hard starting when warm and I assume
it is the check valve.

I suppose I could pull the old style pump from my wrecked car, but I don't
see any reason to install a pump with 125k miles on it.
