Hyd Fluid Leak

It sounds pretty similar to my pump-to-rack hose leak. It would gush out
the end at the pump when there was some load on the steering rack. So,
when you drive, there isn't that much load on the rack, but when you
park there is greater load because of the low speeds.
If this is what it turns out to be and you want a rebuilt hose, I can
dig up the note I sent about a local re-builder who did both my rack
hoses for $60. They work great. I'm going there this week to get the
suction hose done (should be about $10).
