10 nm (7 ft. lb.) looks like the torque recommendation in my copy of the
Bentley for the cover over the valvegear.  The line on the diagram to the
cover bolts doesn't have a key number, but there's no # 11 on the drawing
(the various name lines are numbered 1-10 and 12-14), and in the list of
torque figures, that's the torque for # 11.
