Mineah C. upgrades

I have heard that the Mineah C. (Spelling?) upgrades are a good value.
Can anyone comment on their experience?  Can anyone provide me a contact
e-mail or web site to learn more about what is available.  I have just
purchased a beautiful Lago Blue 1991 200q from a gentleman in New York.
It complements my other Audis well.
