Of thermal switchs, senders et al. ?

Hello, 
Can someone fill me in on the different thermal senders and switches on the 3B?
I think I know that :
the two in the cooling manifold  - the MFTS gives signal to the temp gauge - what else?  The other small one is the switch for the after run pump.

What is the two pin white in the rear of the head?

What is the 1 pin black listed on the ETKA and where is it?

What about the one in the heater valve?  I'm assuming it is a temp sensor...

Any others I am missing?
