Hey, wait a minute.  Isn't the metal tube portion fo this part
supposed to swivel?!

If it's not, then maybe I have a problem because mine does.  I could
spin the metal banjo portion of it around and around the part that
bolts to the FPR.

Please let me know if that is not a good thing.
