disassembling 80/90/200 door handles

There are plastic pins in the jamb that retain a plastic cover over the 
latch
assembly.  The outer handle cover just comes loose when you remove the
handle from the inside, BTDT for the infamous cylinder arm repair.  Removing
the key cylinder is probably required, since that was my goal I don't 
remember
if the plate can come loose with the cylinder still in place.
