$200 would be as low as I would go.  It could bring as much as $400
depending on the need and actual condition.
The shipping is not that bad unless you use one of those rip-off places like
the UPS Store or Mailboxes ETC.
I shipped the cats from PA to TN for about $25.00 via my employer's UPS
account.  That was just a couple months ago.
