Poor warm restart idle and more

Kneale: I suspect my 200 does it once and a while. I suspect its the idle
stabilizer valve getting stuck in a possiton where the idle dies off. Car runs
crappy when cold at idle unless encouraged by throttle. I just keep my foot
into the throttle and coax it by technique.

Its time to pop it out and carb cleaner the insides. I put in a new BPV last
fall so its the ISV as shown by this test last year:

To further explain it, we swapped ECU's and the car wouldn't idle.
Disconnected the ISV and voila! run run run idle!. Sometimes the CEL comes on after a
hard run too. Then it goes out in ~20 minutes or so. NOT related to ECU swap
(just conicidence)
