Happersized Rear Sway Bars(HRSB)

I have a question about going to these really stiff sway bars. I would
think that putting something on the back ( the S4 bar ) would help get a
little more balance ( less understeer) in the car. Does this mean that
if you put one of Hap's monster bars on would you need to upgrade the
front to the V8 bar to balance the car out? Or do these boats need that
much bar to balance them out? What will it do to the ride of the vehicle?
