Changing hydraulic oil?

Peter,
If your rack is leaking, and the leak is one of the high pressure rack rod
seal, the likely leak, the stop leak will not do any good as it is designed
for elastermeric lip seals which thts is not. Nor will changing the fluid
do any good, IMO. The two fluids are completely mixable so don't bother
changing until you must do a seal replacement. BTDT.
