Weeping reservoir hoses (green gold)

All of the small diameter hoses attached to the Pentosin reservoir in my car
seem to be weeping; just age, I guess.  I had the reservoir to pump hose fixed
by just replacing the hose after cutting off the fitting.  I trust I can do the
same with these other ones, since they're not under any pressure.  Any BTDT?
