Weeping reservoir hoses (green gold)

You can just cut off the banded hoseclamp and replace with one you can
tighten.  If the hose ends are really bad, you can trim off a 1/4 to 1/2
inch before installing the hoseclamps.  I used all stainless on mine when I
redid all the hoses in my engine compartment because the OEM stainless
clamps with steel screws had rusted so badly in some cases I had to break
the strap to get them off.
