typ44 - who carries the radiator w/ the metal side/hose necks?

I just saw something that you might want to check out.

At the following site, which someone posted to the 200q 20v list today,
https://www.rockauto.com

they show some radiator options for the 1986 5kcstq that claim to have
metal endtanks.

Specifically:

Part Number CU199 (from SPI - Spectra Premium Industries)
Copper Core
Brass Tank
Crossflow
2 Row
24 1/8 h x 12 1/8 w x 1 1/4

and

Part Number 433199 (from GDI/TRANSPRO)
Brass tanks/Copper-Brass Core
24 1/8 x 12 1/8 x 2
3 Row

These are from unfamiliar manufacturers, so YMMV.  I do not know if metal
end tanks guarantee metal nipples, but it seems likely.

BTW, they show radiators with the exact same parts numbers available for
the 1991 200q 20v, so I assume if anyone wanted to try one of these with an
auxiliary radiator he would have to add the additional nipples to the metal
end tanks.
