They are identified by moulded lugs on the part, 1 to 3 lugs, 3/4", 5/8",
and 3/8" respectively. The 5/8" is 441-411-109. Don't know about the
others, or if still available.

No, but Any and ALL rubber angular flex bushings should be anchored down
when in the center of the full flex angle, or they will be over flexed in
one direction and will fail immediately, if not sooner.
