Steering Damper Audi vs VW

Thanks for your reply Ed.
I am sending the VW damper back and have ordered the Audi no. The price
difference was $58.00
The VW part is CoFap and Made in Brazil of which I was unaware of at the
time. 
The Audi no. is Sachs and is Made in Germany.
I refuse to buy anything from Brazil. I dont trust the quality at all. I
would rather buy from China than Brazil. I realize that the Brazil
plants are now VW OEM.
It amazes me how many have bought this VW damper.
