Euro Lights

One of my sets of non-turbo eurolights arrived with an additional connector
at the light that's sole purpose was to swap the arrangement of the
terminals. It took me a minute to figure out what it was. I never did
determine why it was needed, though ISTR someone once mentioned something
about wiring differences for headlights in Canada or Europe.
