Bouncing Speedo

Hello,
i can't remember where the how to for this job (bouncing speedo) can be 
found...If I recall it was Scott Mockry's site or 20v.org.
Can anyone direct me there? The contacts for the in dash trip computer 
must all be screwed up as well as all the info I get is hopelessly off 
and inaccurate.
I guess this means lots of de-oxit and stabilant 22. But  first the 
instructions on how tp remove, repair everything.
