Heater Hotter Now Compressor

After checking everything else I unplugged the compressor and started
getting really hot air.
Phil pointed me in this direction.
What is weird is that I got no error codes on the control head.
What is the most logical culprit for the compressor running all the
time?
Also I found that my fan kicks on right away.
So I probably have a bad fan switch or resistor pack. I tried
disconnecting it from the positive at the 80 amp fuse and turned the car
on minus the fan and the overflow tank started to really heat up so it
reconnected it.  
So I had the compressor and the fan running constantly. Now I have the
compressor off and the fan running constantly and am getting really hot
air.
