radiator end tank seam leak

If the leak is around the rubber gasket between the aluminum core and the
plastic end tank, radiator stop leak may work.  Crimping down tighter on the
rolled header plate tabs holding the plastic the end tank may also help.  If
it is a crack in the plastic of the end tank, as I had a short time ago,
you're ready for an new radiator, unless you want to remove the end tank and
try epoxy patching from the inside.
